About Issy Health Fitness Yoga
Issy Health Fitness Yoga was founded to provide clients with bespoke Yoga and strength training classes to aid training programmes and daily routines.
All of Issy's small group classes have been designed with a few core values in mind, which will help clients to manage their mental and physical well-being as well as providing a healthy balance in life.
Commitment and discipline are essential in maximising the benefits that can be gained from regular exercise, and hopefully Issy's passion for healthy living can help inspire clients to prioritise their own health and well-being.

Performance Yoga
My performance yoga classes focus on increasing overall strength and core stability and improving flexibility. These classes are tailored to suit clients/yogi’s who potentially have a performance goal in mind (race/event/challenge). The classes follow a vinyasa flow theme and can be dynamic and challenging at times.

Functional Yoga
My functional yoga classes focus on improving mobility, maintaining a good posture and increasing core stability. These classes are tailored to suit clients/yogi’s who lack general movement within their day to day lives and/or who work from home sitting behind a computer for a lot of the day. These classes follow a vinyasa flow theme and are suited for all levels of ability.

Well-being Yoga
My well-being classes focus on improving flexibility, encouraging and maintaining a good posture and relaxation. These classes are tailored to suit clients/yogis who would like to improve their general flexibility and joint mobility with a theme of relaxation running throughout. They follow a slow vinyasa flow theme and are suited to clients who want a slower and more relaxing class.

'Strength for Fitness'
Strength training for fitness combines cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance and muscular strength exercises designed to improve muscle mass, strength and endurance by using your own body weight and equipment (dumbbells, kettle bells, resistance bands). If you want to burn some calories, tone-up and increase your overall strength then these 45 minute intense sessions are perfect for you! Strength training can also help prevent injuries by strengthening muscles and connective tissues, boosting neuromuscular power and correcting muscle imbalances. These sessions are intense but fun and will leave you full of energy by the end!
