"I did Yoga around 15 years ago and hadn't picked it up until September last year when I became a member of Issy's yoga class. It has been excellent! I have attended classes on Wednesdays and also done a couple on a Thursday if I had the time. I find it very complimentary for me as I sit behind a screen most weekdays and with having young kids I am able to play games on the floor and cross my legs much simpler than ever before, without feeling achy at all.

"Having just run my first marathon, I’ve recently discovered yoga as a means to allow my body to actively recover from my training and strength work and to help stave off injuries. I’ve been attending Issy’s performance yoga classes for a couple of months and I am so pleased she introduced me to this style of yoga. Not only do the classes stretch out my muscles and open up my hips, but they also build, challenge and improve my core stability, balance and strength. I’m not the most flexible of people but Issy is always on hand to pass me an extra yoga block and provide gentle guidance when I need it to get me into the poses. She’s an incredibly friendly, positive, encouraging and inspiring teacher and keeps her classes really fresh - no two classes are ever the same which I love! I can already feel myself becoming more flexible with each passing week".
